The Whisky Ambassador program is the original Scotland-accredited training course designed specifically for the spirits trade, giving bar, restaurant and retail staff the knowledge, skills and confidence to talk to customers about Scotland’s national drink, leading to increased sales and improved customer experience.

• Practical and written exams

Upon successful completion of the written and practical exam you receive the prestigious Whisky Ambassador certificate and a Whisky Ambassador badge to wear with pride. You will be able to engage with customers about whisky, giving them a better experience and encourage them to enhance their knowledge and love of whisky.
